- Receiving and processing membership applications
- Receiving and processing new club applications
- Updates and revised information for existing clubs and existing members
- Receiving and processing trials and events
- Receiving and processing applications to become a judge or other official
- Receiving and processing applications for Performance books
We also receive personal information indirectly, from trial or event results.
Who we share your data with
The Executive Committee may have access to any information provided through the submission forms. Some information relating to trial entries may be shared with the GSDL, trial officials, or the FCI. Your data is never shared with any third-parties that are not relevant to your participation in events or trials approved by the GSDL-WDG.
Storage of your data
Any information submitted through our submissions forms will be kept on record for the requisite time required by GDPR. Your information is securely stored on our website and email servers.
What rights you have over your data
If you have submitted any information through our forms, you can request to receive a copy of the inputted information consisting of personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
